Role Overview: Operations Executive
We’re on the lookout for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage daily dispatch operations efficiently. This is a hands-on role pivotal to scaling our logistics processes and ensuring smooth daily operations as our business grows.
Key Responsibilities
- Dispatch Planning: Organize daily dispatches based on channel-specific requirements.
- Shipment Tracking: Monitor delivery statuses to ensure timely execution.
- Transport Coordination: Manage daily pickups with transport partners.
- Documentation: Prepare packing slips, invoices, and E-way bills using ERP software.
- Reporting: Maintain dispatch reports and analyze transporter turnaround times (TATs).
- Local Deliveries: Coordinate local dispatches across Bengaluru using commercial vehicles.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve logistics challenges promptly.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 1-2 years in operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Attributes: Organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Bonus: Experience in e-commerce operations is a plus.
